MAI Designation

MAI Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute are the upper echelon of valuation experts.  MAIs have long been recognized by courts of law, governmental agencies, financial institutions and investors as marks of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.  MAIs make a commitment to advanced education, defined ethical requirements and higher expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole.  The MAI designation is held by individuals who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.

The Appraisal Institute is the world’s leading organization of professional real estate appraisers who adhere to a strictly enforced Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.  The experience, educational and standard requirements for Appraisal Institute members exceeds those of any other appraisal organization, as well as federal and state licensing bodies.

George T. Stronach, IV is an MAI Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute. Whitt Cozart, Will Corbett, and Angel Quincy are working toward their MAI designations.
